TMP was established with the dream of creating the best environment for our team. The place should always be full of laughter and smell of coffee, while work is done with right focus and efficiency. We believe that by creating the perfect environment, the joy and commitment will reflect on how we meet our clients.

We also believe to attend a meeting or conference is more than a business or study trip, it is also an experience of connecting people and exploring a new world. With this vision in mind, we serve our projects and each individual delegate with personal touch and believe this extra add-on will also reflect on the result of your next journey to our events.
We design, arrange and organise congresses, corporate events, fairs, incentives, seminars and conventions. We are experienced in creating program enhancements through social events, tours, communications and social medias. And the best of all is, we care what we do.

Heaven is always tailor making each event and giving it a very personal touch. Heaven is known as the TMP oracle who knows everything and is good at puzzling things together. Detail orientated but yet highly efficient in her work ie. prints, design, speaker handling and loved by our delegates.

After more than 25 years in the hotel and PCO industry, Mette is phenomenal at communicating with suppliers, delegates and sponsors. She is particularly programmed in venue planning, negotiation and sponsorship agreements. Mette is very organized and even the smallest details are on Mette’s to-do-list.

Who can make financial work and office management fun? Carina can! She is our helicopter falcon, controller and office manager and always bringing humor and good mood into the office. Carina also loves to be part of our events. If you made a call to TMP and received by a lady with soft and calm voice, that's Carina. Don't be hypnotized by her voice, she is actually fast as a gazelle. Her fastest record to date: packing 10 name-badges in 60 seconds!

Rune has 15 years of experience with registration systems and event management. He is an expert in setting up events, both graphically and technically, as well as advising and supporting customers. Runes thinking is process- and solution-oriented with a focus on how solutions can be optimized in the short and long term.
Caroline Nyholm

Caroline is a project manager who from start to finish plans and facilitates meetings, courses and congresses. My primary focus is planning meetings for pharmaceutical companies, making contracts for doctors, managing logistics, taking care of finance as well as coordinating each meeting/conference/congress. She have strong competencies in relation to HCP compliance rules.
